New Arrivals!

Flossie had her babies Saturday afternoon at about 2:30 PM.

Thankfully, we were nearby in the barn when she started going into active labor, because she had some difficulties that would not have resolved themselves. But with a little intervention, her boy/girl twins were up and bouncing in no time!

Born in the middle of the big solar storm, we have preliminarily named them Borealis (Bo) and Carrington (Carrie). We'll see if those names stick, or whether they'll end up being called something even more silly.
