New seasonally relevant tasks and content will be available monthly, with regular reminders to keep you on track and check in on your progress.
Follow along with uploaded lessons at your convenience, and/or reach out to request live sessions for more personal assistance (no extra cost)! Enroll in Virtual Yearbook Advising Winter/Spring 2026 to continue on in January, or take off on your own if you feel confident enough to do so.

I'm so glad you've decided to take on the important task of archiving and preserving all the greatness of the coming year for your group. While putting together a yearbook may seem like a huge and daunting task, we're going to break it up into smaller, manageable pieces - assembling your book a little bit each month - so that when graduation rolls around, you'll be ready to upload those last couple of photos and hit "Publish"!
First, you're going to set up your Treering account.
Then, you'll figure out your team and their roles.
Finally, you'll start thinking about the overall outline of your book, or your "Ladder."
